After having a bad experience with trading in my 2015 Equinox for a 2019 Equinox I swore I’d never go back. But I was having issues with my exhaust leaking under the hood and figured it would be covered under warranty. They had my vehicle for a full day and offered a health check while it was in. They claimed to not be able to find the leak and told me it was road salt I could smell and not leaking exhaust. Bought my 2022 Chevy spark in July of 22. They originally didn't even want to sell me the vehicle since it "doesn't make them very much money" as it is a base model and cheap car, the salesman had to talk to the manager about even selling it to me. And do NOT get your car serviced here. Two years ago we purchased a 2015 chevrolet cruze. We also purchased the extended warranty. We have spent the last two years trying to get the dealership/service department to fix a continuing problem. We have spent almost $3,000.00 for service and parts with NO corrective action. Now they want us to pay an additional $3,700.00 to attempt to fix the problem. All they are doing is easter egging the problem because they don't want to perform any warranty because the problem is most likely the transmission. The Kelowna dealership was refered to me through family and friends both of whom had great experiences, and my experience here did not disappoint. The dealership however was not fair with my trade in value..I put over $25,000.00 maintenance into my 2003 duramax diesel, plus it had an awesome winch, iron cross bumper, no rust and so much more.. this dealership only gave me $2,500 trade in value!!! This was the best experience we have ever had a Car Dealership !!! Our Salesman Zack was the best and the manager Joel was amazing . We bought a used GMC truck and had a small problem with it a couple of weeks after purchasing it. Highly recommend Robin Loney at Kelowna Chevrolet. I was having a really hard time finding and securing a vehicle. He had everything figured out over the phone in half a day and pick up took less than an hour with all the paperwork and trade in. So fast and smooth. Salesman great! Sales manager very assuming and not diligent at all! Dealership owner unaccommodating and unresponsive! Very poor business practice for reneging on a deal after a credit approval and taking deposit. We had to consistently communicate only to have our deposit refunded without notice.
